Creating a FBA/SPD Order
Follow these steps to create an order being shipped to Amazon:
1.) Log into your WMS account and on the left side click on – Orders > New Order
3.) In the Customer Name field, enter your customer number and select the option ending in FBA / BOXES/ SPD.
4.) Boxes to Ship - Enter the number of boxes that will be shipped on this order.
5.) Select next at the bottom of the page.
6.) In the “Add New Item” field, enter the SKU of each item on the order. This will open a drop down menu where you can select the correct SKU from the list.
Alternatively, you can use the Browse Catalog option next to the search field.
The catalog will sort items by category.
After selecting a category it will let you search within that category and add items using the add to basket button.
After all items have been selected, choose review order at the bottom.
7.) Once items are added, using the search or the catalog, they will be added to the table.
The UOM should always be set to each.
The quantity field is how many units need to be sent in this order.
Select save for each line item
Once you verify the quantities are correct, select Next
8.) Now we will be directed to the Confirm Order screen.
Now is where we can add additional details to the order.
9.) Ship Via - Can be skipped.
10.) The Postage Account - Can be skipped.
